“Fish versus Udo’s Oil - Get the Right Facts!”
Udo Erasmus PhD, has been writing and lecturing for over 25 years about the importance of Essential Fatty Acids in our diets. His ground-breaking book, “Fats that Heal Fats That Kill” became the industry’s bible on fats.
